Welcome to the Man of the Match Voting form. This page gives Yeovil Town fans an opportunity to vote in Paul Chesterman's Man of the Match surveys which are open to all Yeovil Town fans who use the Internet. Paul will take the information you pass him and collate the result of the survey usually a couple of days after each game.
