The Grand End of Season Survey!

Welcome to the Ciderspace end of Season Survey, allowing Yeovil Town fans to make their opinions known on what has been good and bad about the season just gone. You do not have to answer all of the questions below, but hopefully the survey will only take around five minutes at most to complete.

The deadline for the survey will be announced in due course, but will probably be around the end of May, so you have plenty of time to get those entries in.

NOTE: You do not have to supply your name and e-mail however we would recommend it that you do. It will be used only to verify that there is no "rigging" of the survey results and will not be distributed to anyone outside Ciderspace nor will it be published as part of the results. If you do reply to the survey anonymously, please note that should we find suggestions of multiple entries then your entry may be discounted if there are suggestions that it is one of a number of multiple entries. Players and officials are welcome to enter, and their entries will be considered with total anonymity.

Thinking back to your expectations last August of what we were going to achieve, has the team met those expectations, taking account of both League and Cup performances.
