This morning's Western Daily Press reports that Leicester City striker Eric Odhiambo could be in line to play for Yeovil Town Reserves tomorrow night. The Reserves take on their Exeter City counterparts at St James Park (kick-off 7.00p.m.) and the Foxes trainee is reported as being lined up as a trialist in that match. There's no quotes to confirm this, but Odhiambo's name has been floating around on the rumourmill for a few weeks now.
The WDP state that Odhiambo was on trial at Huish Park last month - backed up by postings on Leicester City message boards - but that the Glovers returned him to the Walkers Stadium. The paper links the report in with Saturday's news that manager Russell Slade is after a second loan striker this week. The 19 year old has only made two Leicester substitute appearances - both in the League Cup - but had loan spells with Southend United and Dundee United last season where he clocked up another 13 appearances, mainly from the bench.
