Further to our earlier article, it would appear that someone at PTV has dropped a clanger (in fact the error is still there). The club have now confirmed that the Middlesbrough vs Yeovil Town Carling Cup Second Round tie will kick off on Tuesday 26th August with an 8.00p.m. kick-off.
Details of ticketing are currently under discussion between the two clubs, but in a 37,000 capacity stadium, we don't expect any big problem in obtaining one for the match. The South Stand at the Riverside Stadium holds up to 4,000 spectators and this is the usual area for placing visiting supporters.
