27 November 2006 : Lansdown Hints Deal Is On

In a brief statement on the Bristol City Official Site chairman Steve Lansdown suggests that as far as Ashton Gate is concerned a deal for the transfer of Marcus Stewart to Huish Park is on providing the Glovers can agree terms with the player.

Lansdown's words were :

From Saturday's discussions [see item below, 27th November] it's fair to say ourselves and Yeovil are in agreement with regards to the way forward and now it is up to Yeovil to speak to Marcus.
