The end of the Conference season has seen Glovers boss Gary Johnson finalise his plans for next term as far as this season's squad of players are concerned.
Four players have been released. They are forward Kim Grant, defender Jimmy Aggrey, midfielder Neil Mustoe and goalkeeper Jon Sheffield. The very best of luck in the future to all four wherever their future careers take them from us all at Ciderspace, they are assured of a warm welcome whenever they return to Huish Park.
Four players have signed new contracts: Striker Kevin Gall, midfielder Abdelhalim El Kholti and defenders Roy O'Brien and Steven Reed have all put pen to paper, more details on the contracts themselves to come later. Excellent news all round!
Three other players have been offered new deals and are expected to sign shortly: Forwards Adam Stansfield, Andy Lindegaard and Chris Giles have reportedly verbally agreed terms but have yet to formally sign. Last but not least, defender Tom White, currently recovering from a knee injury and now coming out of contract has been offered a rehabilitation programme at Huish Park to take him over the summer and into pre-season training when his situation will be re-assessed.
