Tomorrow evening's opponents Ipswich Town should ensure another decent away following, despite their trip to Huish Park falling on a midweek date. The Tractor Boys have been definitely clocking up the miles during the last few days, having travelled all the way up to Middlesbrough on Saturday - a match in which they came home empty-handed and with a 2-0 defeat.
On Tuesday night, they face a 446 mile round trip, with the fixture list having done the same to Glovers fans back in September. Advance ticket sales for the match stood at 877 - with Ipswich and Yeovil fans able to buy on the day of the match from the Huish Park Ticket Office for an additional £2.00 on top of the pre-match prices.
Whilst on the subject of the Copse Road End, the terrace now appears to have formal sponsorship - recent match tickets from visiting away supporters have had the name 'Radio Cabs Stand' on the main ticket, complete with a short strip banner inviting fans to book their taxis for the game - rather relevant to those who visit Huish Park using railway services.
