Our April trip to Notts County was something of a disappointment, although thankfully a little more competitive than the club's previous visit to Meadow Lane that saw us lose 4-0. There were still four goals scored on the Easter Monday, and we were briefly in the game when Jonathan Franks scored for the second time over the Easter weekend. However, a Lloyd Sam hat-trick saw us go home with no points to show from the game, and a 3-1 defeat.
Man of the Match voting was extremely tight amongst the supporters who travelled to the game. Luke Ayling polled well in his right-back position, but it was to come down to the Glovers front pairing for who came top. Andy Williams was just edged out by a tiny margin, with Jonathan Franks grabbing his second poll win of the weekend. Full results, with outright MOTM votes in brackets, are shown below:
