Yeovil Town have completed the re-signing of Queen's Park Rangers defender/midfielder Max Ehmer on loan. The 19 year old has been the subject of fairly massive speculation that he would be returning to Huish Park, but a foot injury delayed his move down the A303 by a few days, in what turned out to be one of the worst kept secrets of the summer.
When the QPR Academy player joined the Glovers on New Year's Day, few expected him to make the impression that he did. Apart from the final game of the 2010-11 season, he was an ever present in Yeovil Town's starting eleven, playing as a central defender, rather than the defensive midfield position he had been expected to fulfill.
He has agreed a six month youth loan deal with the club that will keep him there until January. He will technically feature as a trialist/guest at Saturday's game against Bristol City, as the paperwork will only be completed on Monday.
Welcome back Max, and hope the second stay with Yeovil is as successful as the first.
