A couple of bits of serious reading material are available on two other sites that may interest Yeovil Town fans. Both are on very different subjects. The first is the 'away day' perspective from the Sheffield Wednesday OwlsAlive website who provide a warts'n'all perspective of their day out in Somerset. Definitely an article for those football supporters who appreciate that their match day is not just about what goes on during the 90 minutes, but is about the food, drink, banter and motorway miles that make up a full and long day out.

The second article is an online version of a piece published in a Woking matchday programme from January 2008, around the time that former Glovers boss Colin Lippiatt had returned to Kingfield for the fourth time, bringing down the curtain on his coaching career, and taking on the role of Director of Football at the club. As this was Colin's last ever job in football, the article is an excellent recap of his entire career, and despite being written over two years before his death last Friday, reads well as a tribute to his time in football.

Given that the Ciderspace server has spent most of the last few days going up (but mainly down) like a yo-yo, a reminder that our Friday evening tribute to Colin is available, in case you struggled to access it before the weekend.
