Last weekend, Yeovil Town crashed to a 1-3 home defeat at the hands of Exeter City, just over three weeks after the Devon club had inflicted the exact same scoreline upon the Glovers in the Football League Trophy.
Apart from an all-too-brief moment when Sam Williams put the Glovers level, the 90 minutes were a bit of a miserable experience with the Glovers' game fizzling out badly. As far as the Man of the Match voting was concerned, there was really only one man in it. Left-winger Andy Welsh picked up a decent number of votes, but he was heftily beaten by the other man on the left flank - Nathan Smith - who finished the poll way out in front.
