Last Tuesday's home match against Norwich City saw the Glovers go out of the Carling Cup on the back of four second half Canaries goals. Up until the first goal went in, Yeovil had put in a good performance and it was probably much of this that influenced many of the Man of the Match votes received.
All three top players were in attacking positions, with both flanks and a striker represented. Scott Murray and Sam Williams got good mentions, but the runaway winner was Andy Welsh who also picked up the Sponsors' Man of the Match on the night.
