Yeovil Town manager Terry Skiverton has confirmed that he wants to sign former Tranmere Rovers midfielder George O'Callaghan. The Glovers boss believes he is close to completing a deal with the Irishman, who is an attacking midfielder who has also been on Cork City's books. In addition, Skiverton hopes to add two more players in unnamed positions to his squad.
Included in tonight's line-up was Bristol City academy player Ross Stearn as a new trialist at the club. Skiverton has said that he plans to watch goalkeeper Alex McCarthy play for Reading Reserves on Thursday to see how he plays in a second match.
