Ciderspace News Page : Worthington Heads Back To The Galpharm
26 March 2009 : Worthington Heads Back To The Galpharm
On loan midfielder Jonathan Worthington has returned to his parent club Huddersfield Town, midway through his second month at Huish Park.

The club say that Worthington has been 'recalled' by Huddersfield, although given that he is midway through a two match suspension he can't play for either club this weekend. The only possibility is therefore that he is about to be loaned out to another club before the transfer deadline closes tonight.

Jonathan played nine times for the Glovers during his stay in South Somerset and certainly made a positive impression amongst supporters during that time. With the Glovers having signed David Noble and Danny Maguire yesterday, they are a little top-heavy in midfield though, and so hopefully Worthington's recall will not have too much effect.

Update: 4.00p.m. The Huddersfield official site confirms they have recalled him, but make no mention of another outgoing loan.
