29 May 2008 : Balls To League One Clubs

Club branded match balls are set to reach League One next season. Introduced by the Football League to the Championship last term, the deal with Mitre has been extended to League One from 2008-09.

Each club will receive a set of match balls in club colours and carrying the club crest, which are scheduled to arrive in time for pre-season.

League Two clubs remain outside this deal and will continue to use the standard designated Football League balls.
