Tomorrow night's match against Millwall will be looked after by referee Rob Lewis (Shropshire). This is a slight touch of deja vu for both sides, as his last visit to Huish Park was ... a home match against Millwall last season and just over 12 months ago. Millwall won the match 1-0, although they ended up with five players booked, including two for timewasting. Largely he did OK, albeit with a large number of yellow cards, although he did deny Yeovil a rather substantial penalty appeal. Though doesn't every referee these days?
We first had Mr Lewis back in September 2006 when he took charge of the 3-2 win over Huddersfield Town at the Galpharm Stadium. Our first impression of him was mixed; he did some things well, but was a little too visible during the match, booking four Yeovil players, without bringing out his cards for the home side.
Mr Lewis will be assisted by Andrew Bennett (Devon) and Andrew Rodda (Devon). The Fourth Official will be Simon Knapp (South Gloucestershire).
