It covers staff conduct, commitments to consultation and information, ticketing, the rights of away supporters, merchandising, community activities, customer service, anti-discrimination policies, and equal opportunities policies. Ask for your copy at the club.

The charter commits the club to providing a response within 14 working days. The club will normally respond by letter or e-mail, but if a telephone response is requested the customer will receive one. The customer services manager will arrange meetings with supporters by prior agreement.
Re community activities the Community Officer, John Flatters, should be the first port of contact. Community issues cover areas such as women's and youth football, schools, coaching courses, and arranging visits from the team, managing and coaching staff.
