Ciderspace News Page : Cheltenham Twelve Cases Dropped
21 July 2007 : Cheltenham Twelve Cases Dropped
On March 11th and March 15th, we ran two articles concerning the arrest of 12 Yeovil Town supporters for alleged offences that occurred on the day of the away match against Cheltenham Town. Since March 15th, those supporters have been banned from attending Yeovil Town matches indefinitely, whilst they awaited the outcome of a Gloucestershire Police investigation.

Although there has been no official announcement by Yeovil Town or the Police, it is our understanding that Gloucestershire Police have now contacted all 12 supporters and informed them that there will be no charges brought against them. We naturally hope that either the club will officially confirm this, and provide written confirmation to the 12 supporters that they are welcome back at Huish Park, to mirror their March 15th statement.
