We'd be interested to know what the details of the loan deal struck with The Cheats for the second loan spell of Bradley Thomas were. The disgraced Lincolnshire outfit instantly sent him back when he was suspended with a red card towards the end of his first spell. Once that was over the Glovers agreed to him going off again to start what, with the break, was a separate loan. This time he has picked up a four match ban at the start of his month. And here he is, back at Huish Park again. If we weren't already paying his wages anyway whilst he was with the convicted financial fraudsters - why we were having any dealings with the utter disgrace of a club that is The Cheats in the first place is beyond the comprehension of this site - one has to suspect we sure as hell are now.
Thomas says he's learnt a lot from Evans, currently serving a suspended sentence. It's to be hope he hasn't.
It's been a big learning experience for me. I've played against different sorts of strikers and learned a lot from the gaffer. There have been a few ups and downs - I've been sent off and scored goals.
Hopefully I can learn from this and go back to Yeovil a better player, although I don't what is going to happen there. My contract is up at the end of the season. Hopefully I can earn a new deal, but if not I'd like to join a League Two club.
Fingers crossed that will take The Cheats out of the equation then.
Meanwhile the Yorkshire based group, known as Standing Alone Limited, who according to the current Cheats chairman are going to rescue the club from its latest fiscal shambles, seem to be hinting that their financial consultants might be finding more discrepancies in the club's books, this time concerning records of attendance and gate money, as they conduct a due diligence search.
As there is no actual need for Yeovil Town to have any association whatsoever at present with this club and the crook who manages it, being in different divisions, Ciderspace hopes the ill fated Thomas episode is the last contact we see.
