Ciderspace asked yesterday if those people who had not renewed their season ticket this term had received a letter from the club to find out the reason(s) - see Football League Announces Gates Are Up, 3rd September (below).
A prompt reply from the club's excellent new Supporters Liaison Representative, Sara Bradley, reads :
Thanks for your e-mail, not all season ticket holders were sent these letters and the ones that were, were selected at random. The supporters who did receive a letter also had a follow up call from the club, so they had the chance to express their views. If you want to e-mail me with your views on why you haven't renewed of if you would like a colleague to ring you and discuss this, please let me know and I will arrange that for you.
Any non-renewers who wish to inform the club of their reasons can send an e-mail to supporter.link@ytfc.net and Sara will pass it on.
