4 July 2003 : Thommo Signs New Two Year Deal
Yeovil Town assistant manager Steve Thompson has signed a new two year deal according to the Nationwide Football website. Thommo first signed for the club as a player in March 1998, under Colin Lippiatt but has since assumed the position of assistant manager, including a six month spell as First Team manager.

Glovers manager Gary Johnson said of the news: "Steve has signed his new deal and obviously I'm delighted to have him by my side as we enter the league for the first time."
