Yeovil Town Under-18s have been given a home draw in the Second Round of the FA Youth Cup. The reward for defeating Newport County on Friday evening at Spytty Park, is a match that will see them pitched against the winners of the Cambridge United versus AFC Sudbury First Round tie, which is yet to be completed. That tie is due to be played on Wednesday 31st October at 7.00p.m., and will be settled on the night, meaning that there should be certainty on that by around 9.30p.m. at the latest.

This is the final stage of the competition before clubs from the Premier League and Championship enter at the Third Round proper stage. The draw for the Second Round reads as follows:

19 Worthing or Cray Wanderers v Portsmouth
20 Forest Green Rovers or Cheltenham Town v Gillingham

All ties are scheduled to be played by Saturday 17th November. Past policy has been to play home FA Youth Cup ties on the main stadium pitch at Huish Park, during a midweek slot. Sometime around the same period, there's a strong chance the same team will be selected to play in the club's Somerset Premier Cup Second Round tie against Shepton Mallet.
