Saturday afternoon sees Yeovil Town getting back into League Two action, with the first visit of Tranmere Rovers since the 2012-13 season. The Glovers Trust will be at this match, and will have a stand in place at Huish Park in the lead-up to kick-off. The stand is operated from a gazebo situated on the Main Stand side of the stadium, close to the Ticket Office.
As well as providing membership subscriptions and renewals, they're happy to take feedback and questions about the recent AGM. Details of their whereabouts on the day are as follows:
Match: Tranmere Rovers (H)
Trust Presence: Huish Park (by ticket office) - approximately 1.30p.m. to 2.45p.m.
Huish Park Services: Membership renewals.
Specific Discussion Points of Interest: Membership renewals, Annual General Meeting feedback, Alliance Group progress, Secretary Vacancy.
Other points of note:
The Trust will be sharing the Gazebo with representatives form BIBIC, a charity working to improve the lives of disadvantaged children and young people. As well as promoting their charity tomorrow, BIBIC are running a Footballathon at Huish Park on Friday the 26th of October where anyone can put forward a football team to play in back to back 30 minute sessions on the astroturf pitch between 12pm and 12am. Head to BIBIC's website for more information, by clicking here.
The Trust are not operating out of the Arrow this weekend as recent weeks have not seen the volume of people that were visiting the establishment last year, making it difficult to run the 50/50 draw. We will monitor developments and review again ahead of the next Saturday home match (FA Cup First Round or Lincoln City).
The Trust remains in urgent need of a Secretary. Anyone who is able to assist or would like further information should email Stuart Burrell (email@example.com).
