12 October 2018 : FA Youth Cup First Round Draw Gives Glovers An Exiles Trip
Yeovil Town's Under-18s have been given an away draw in the First Round of the 2018-19 FA Youth Cup draw. The Exiles' youth side play in the same division as the Glovers, with the most recent match between the pair seeing Yeovil winning 2-0 in South Wales on September 29th.

42 Swindon Town v Team Solent or Moneyfields

As yet, a date for this tie has not been set. However, all matches are due to be fulfilled by Saturday 3rd November 2018. They usually take place at each club's main stadium (although a few clubs such as Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United have special dispensation) with the majority of clubs picking a midweek evening to stage the ties.

Last season saw Yeovil Town make an early exit in the competition, losing at home to Exeter City, although they have had recent success, getting as far as the Fourth Round during the 2016-17 season before bowing out to Broxbourne Borough. That year had seen them manage a significant shock result as they beat EPPP Category One side West Bromwich Albion - an outcome that saw the Baggies make a move for Glovers striker Callum Morton in the aftermath of that tie.
