Yeovil Town's Academy has had leadership changes over the summer, leading into the 2018-19 season. Although the club have not confirmed those personnel changes, those present at the pre-season friendly against Gillingham Town earlier this month, which was run as an Under-18s fixture noted that all of Paul Wilson, Steve Rutter and Antonio Falanga were absent from the dugout area, with first team assistant manager Terry Skiverton and another unidentified coach taking charge of the match.
Our understanding is that all three of Wilson, Rutter and Falanga left the club over the summer, with former Glovers striker Adrian Foster, who had provided coaching and interim Under-18s management on a number of occasions also departing.
The club's annual team photograph for the Academy, covering the 2018-19 season and taken, showed Jamie Harrison and Terry Moore as the two main management/coaching personnel, with all of the above absent from the photo-shoot. Harrison has had a background role within the club's Academy for the past few years as their Academy Co-ordinator, and had also been first team manager of Corsham Town, as well as working with Bristol City's Academy. Harrison stepped down from his Corsham role in July, announcing that he had been promoted to the position of Assistant Academy Manager at Yeovil Town. He explained last month:
"I have had to make a very difficult decision to step down as manager of Corsham Town. I have recently been promoted to assistant Academy manager at Yeovil Town and the role is too demanding to continue. I feel it is only fair to both organisations that I make this decision now."
Moore had been Southampton's Assistant Academy Manager, as well as providing youth coaching for Cardiff City. His time with Saints has seen him provide coaching for players such as Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Luke Shaw and James Ward-Prowse during their younger years, whilst he's also done coaching sessions in Alabama in the USA.
The other two personnel pictured in the Academy line-up for the 2018-19 season were Luke Middlewick, who is listed as the Under-16s lead coach, and Josh Knowles, who we can't find any information on, but at a guess may be the Academy physio.
