The final segment of the EFL Trophy Group Stage draw for the 2018-19 Season has been made today. The purpose of today's draw, which took place in the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, was to decide which 'invited clubs' - the Under-21 sides from EPPP Category 1 Academy teams - fall into which Groups. Yeovil Town were already known to be in Southern Section Group D, and along with Exeter City and Bristol Rovers, they have now been drawn to play against West Ham United U21.
All Under-21 sides are forced to play their Group Stage matches away from home, so this game is expected to be played at Huish Park. The matches against Exeter City and Bristol Rovers will be randomly drawn home or away.
