Both Phil Jevons and Matt Harrold could be ruled out of Saturday's trip to Chesterfield. Both players have ankle injuries, with Harrold's being sustained during training in the lead up to the trip to Blackpool whilst the injury to Jevons was sustained when Blackpool's Robert Edwards took the stand-in captain out from behind resulting in him hobbling off and the Glovers, who had already used all three substitutes, being reduced to ten men.
Speaking to the Teamtalk website, Thommo admitted that he couldn't rely on either player being available explaining: "I am hoping Matt might make it back for training later in the week but that's not certain and I think Phil is struggling to make Saturday."
If neither player makes it, then Thommo will have to choose from Kevin Gall, Pablo Bastianini and Daniel Webb or somehow breach the barriers that are preventing him from signing up loan players before the team head off to Derbyshire this weekend.
