Yeovil Town's first away match of the 2012-13 season saw them travel to Brentford a couple of weeks ago, for a match at Griffin Park. The 3-1 win was gained thanks to James Hayter grabbing a brace, with a late own goal forced in under pressure from a Lewis Young cross.
Man of the Match voting saw James Hayter pick up a large number of votes, although mainly as second or third choice in the polling. Similarly midfielder Ed Upson came in for praise, having provided another assist on the night. However, the three points were pulled off thanks to a couple of stunning saves from Marek Stech, including a penalty save from Paul Hayes, and that allowed him to run out as an easy Man of the Match winner.
