Tomorrow evening sees Yeovil Town travel to South Wales, as part of a two game spell this week that will see the team spend some time away from South Somerset. Their opponents are Welsh Premier League side Llanelli, who the club used to play during their Southern League days, albeit with the last meeting between the two clubs coming back in 1957.
Their Stebonheath Park home is a 3,700 capacity ground that has recently been upgraded to include 1,000 seats to comply with ground regulations needed to allow them to stage UEFA competition matches. They've already played twice this season in Europa League qualifying matches against Finnish side Kuopion Palloseura and so are already fully geared up for competitive matches.
Llanelli's ground is situated on the North-East side of the town centre:
Address: Stebonheath Park, Penallt Road, Llanelli, Carms, SA15 1EY
Assuming you are coming in from the East side of town, follow the A484 into Llanelli. At Parc Pemberton Retail Park on the edge of town, head over both roundabouts and keep on the A484 as it curves around the North side of Llanelli. At the next large roundabout take the third exit and turn into Frondeg Terrace. This road then curves around to the right. Take the first right turn into Penallt Road, so that you are now going 180 degrees back upon the direction you left the roundabout. Follow Penallt Road back over the top of the A484. The ground entrance is on the right hand side. The car park is on the same side of the ground as their social club. Distance from Yeovil is 150 miles.
Ticketing for the match is as follows:
Adults: £7.00; OAPs/Students/Under-16s: £5.00.
Given that this match is part of a few days away for the first team squad, we'd expect all of the club's professional players to be involved in both games, with the exception of midfielder Dominic Blizzard, who is hoping to be ready for Friday night's match at Newport.
If anyone is going to Tuesday night's match, then any match updates would be appreciated as there won't be too many Glovers present. Drop us a tweet at @ytfcciderspace or an email at email@example.com
