Not too many people have an association with a football club stretching back around 35 years. When Dr Tony Simmonds sadly passed away last week though, many supporters could be forgiven for not knowing too much about a man who largely provided his input into the club behind the scenes. One man who did get to know Tony well though was Don Gibson, who in a guest entry for Taff's Gloversblog hopefully gives fans an idea of the contributions Doc Simmonds made to the club.
