17 April 2012 : Glovers Reserves See Off Grecians
Yeovil Town Reserves played Exeter City Reserves this afternoon in a low key friendly match played today at Huish Park. The match saw the Glovers side win 3-0 thanks to two goals from first year pro Rob Clowes and a third from Ed Upson. All three goals came during the first half, with Clowes providing a long range strike followed by a tap-in, before Upson grabbed his before the break.

The line-up included Youth Teamers Mitch Brundle and Lloyd Matthews as well as all three of the club's first year professionals, with Clowes joined by Rhys Baggridge and Lewis Clarke. There was one unknown player fielded, going by the surname of Stevens - we're told he was more of a 'guest' in the team than a trialist.

Final Score: Yeovil Town Reserves 3 Exeter City Reserves 0.

Scorers: Rob Clowes (1-0, 15 mins), Rob Clowes (2-0, 25 mins), Ed Upson (3-0, 39 mins).

Yeovil Town Reserves: Gareth Stewart, Mitch Brundle, Rhys Baggridge, Curtis Haynes-Brown, Stevens, Lewis Clarke, Ed Upson, Michael Woods, Anthony Edgar, Rob Clowes, Lloyd Matthews.
