And then four come along at once. Having had Richard Martin return on a short term deal, Stephen Henderson arrive on loan, and then Gareth Stewart come in as a goalkeeping coach, the Glovers are awash with goalkeepers all of a sudden. And now according to Sky Sports there is a fourth goalkeeper on trial at Huish Park.
French keeper Yohann Lacroix is a 25 year old playing in the Singaporean S-League where his team Eroile FC have recently won their league. He has been on the books of French sides Auxerre and Lille.
At this stage it's worth pointing out that there is more than a sniff of a Football Agent trying to boost the profile of his client. Step forward Menzo Messaoudi of agency Premier Pro who tells Sky Sports all about his man:
"Yohann is a very athletic keeper with incredible reflexes for a big man. At 6'5, his shot stopping at ground level is quite impressive. His presence in the area can be felt and his athleticism is evident in the types of saves he makes. Having just won the S-League in Singapore with Etoile, Yohann would like a new challenge, and England is his most desired location to ply his trade. This week will be pivotal in Yohann achieving his ambitions in England."
Before anyone gets too excited about this one, last September, another French goalkeeper Christophe Ott was claimed to be on trial at Huish Park. Once again the source for the news was Sky Sports and the player's agent was named as ... Menzo Messaoudi. We'll wait and see what comes of this one, this time round.
