For those of you who may have been struggling to keep up with all the comings and goings during Christmas, New Year and even Ciderspace site outages, we thought it would be useful to provide a summary of where things are, as it's all a little bit confusing. There have been a lot of changes over the past week or two, with more to come. Here's a brief summary of the changes.
COMING IN:
Paul Wotton: Defensive midfielder who can also play as a centre-back, arrived on a one month loan from Southampton.
Max Ehmer: Midfielder and central defender, arrived on a one month loan from QPR.
Richard Martin: Returns to the club on a 'short term contract' to act as back-up. His registration has been delayed but should be available on Saturday.
Jon Sheffield: Arrives in as a temporary goalkeeping coach, with a view to a permanent deal. However, subsequent reports suggest his stay at Huish Park may be a brief one, with other possibilities for a permanent coach.
Stephen Henderson: Loan deal agreed with Bristol City until the end of the season. Registration papers will be completed this week. 24 hour recall clause in place.
Alex Russell: Contract until the end of the season agreed. Just needs a medical and to complete registration papers.
A.N.Others: Manager Terry Skiverton has indicated that he will bring in an unnamed striker during the transfer window. There may be another arrival although this is less specific or certain.
GOING OUT:
John Sullivan: After 17 appearances, the goalkeeper completes his loan and returns to Millwall.
Shaun MacDonald: After 17 appearances (and 53 in total across four loan spells), the midfielder completes his loan and returns to Swansea City.
Tom Parkes: Picked up a training ground injury after two appearances and returned to Leicester City for treatment. His one month loan has now expired, so by default he returns, but it is less clear whether the Glovers would look to return for him.
Ben Roberts: Left for a goalkeeping coach position at Charlton Athletic.
Stefan Stam: Permanently removed from first team squad plans. Remains under contract and on the transfer list.
