Advance tickets for Yeovil Town's trip to Rochdale are now on sale from the Huish Park Ticket Office. The match takes place on Saturday 9th October, with a 3.00p.m. kick-off at their Spotland ground. Prices are as follows:
Adults: £20.00; Over-65s and Under-16s: £14.00.
There is no matchday surcharge, and so your decision to purchase in advance will be based upon convenience.
Rochdale's official site indicates that they also offer a Family Ticket, where one adult and one Under-16 can gain admission for £25.00. An additional adult can be added in this package for £18.00 (with a maximum of two adults), whilst additional Under-16s can be added for £7.00 (maximum of three U16s per adult) - we're not sure if the Huish Park Ticket Office will honour this package, so if they don't, then you may be better off waiting until you get to Spotland to buy your tickets. Last time we visited Spotland, they had a designated family area within the stand, although there's no mention of this now.
Yeovil Town supporters will be housed in the Willbutts Lane Stand, capacity 3,644, which is the stand we occupied last time we played Dale. It's a covered seated stand facing side on to the pitch, opposite Rochdale's main stand.
Disabled supporters are also admitted to the same stand where there are 16 spaces available. Admission is at the above concessionary rate, whilst an assistant can be admitted free of charge. Note that Rochdale advise that you need to take proof of Disability Living Allowance at the middle, high or severe level, and proof of your need for an assistant to qualify for the concessions. For any arrangements and bookings, contact Gina Buckley on 01706-644648 or go direct to Rochdale's Ticket Office.
Tickets will be on sale from the Huish Park Ticket Office until Thursday 7th October at 12.00 noon.
Update: 29/09/2010: We've had some feedback suggesting that this may be a Pay on the Day game without advance ticket sales. Hence ring the Ticket Office in advance if you are travelling specifically to purchase tickets here until we can double-check this.
