Supporters travelling to Wycombe Wanderers and their Causeway Stadium (or Adams Park as us die-hards would rather have it!) should note that their is potential disruption via both road and rail.
The Chiltern Railways website proudly announces "disruption is planned this weekend". Whilst we'd always been led to believe that it was engineering works that was meant to be planned, rather than the disruption itself, it should be noted that services to Wycombe are not departing from Marylebone Station as they normally would, but from London Paddington instead, leaving at 03 and 33 past the hour. You are advise to call Chiltern Railways on 08456 005 165 or National Rail Enquiries on 08457 48 49 50 for full travelling information.
The Nexus Alpha website that displays live train running information states that on Saturday: "Major works are taking place on this date and London Marylebone Station will be closed to all High Wycombe line services. Trains will be diverted into London Paddington and there will be no train service from Northolt Park or Wembley Stadium. Passeners intending to use these Stations should use alternative London Underground or National Rail Stations instead."
On the roads, be aware that there is a 40mph contraflow on the Wylye bypass complete with speed cameras. This may slow you down a little on your way.
