As we take in final day of the month of November, on reflection this was not one of Yeovil Town's better months. One win, one draw and two defeats - one of which was an exit at FA Cup First Round stage for the fourth season running, with Oxford United collecting the scalp. Those four results produced just two goals with it - Yeovil's worst goal tally for a month so far this season.
In terms of the individual matches, the Man of the Match awards were won by loan trio Steven Caulker (Oxford United), Ryan Mason (Southend United) and Alex McCarthy (Charlton Athletic and Gillingham). Once that was turned into results for the whole month, it's clear that the loan players are the ones in form, with them taking five out of the top six positions for the month of November.
Craig Alcock is ne one permanent squad member to stop the whole top five being occupied by loan players, but in the end the above trio of Caulker, Mason and McCarthy were streets ahead of the rest. Goalkeeper Alex McCarthy took the monthly poll though by a relatively comfortable margin, taking 26.4% of the total vote.
