Whilst the Glovers sit on the back of a rather sticky-looking nine match run without a win, there has been much navel-gazing amongst Glovers fans during the past two or three results. The team sit in 20th position in the League One table - a position that would certainly satisfy many if it were to be held come May 2010. But there is a long way to go before that point and a need in the club for clear-headed thinking.
